Waiting in the Wings

Theatre Curtain by flickr user David Emery

Brett: In your acting career, what's the strangest thing that's ever cued one of your lines?

Lori: Would listening from backstage for when another actor hits the floor in a dramatic death scene count?  If so, then that.

Brett: I'd say that counts as an unusual cue.  I just hope he wasn't making his death too dramatic, such that he had to be asked to halve the amount of time it took him to die.

Lori: Oh, no.  He was a good actor.  I've worked with a git or two like that before, though.

Brett: Yeah, sometimes you just wish you could swap cast members.

Lori: Yes.  Like the guy who looked like a yeti with a trim.
